HMO / Commercial Safety Package

Landlords of licensed HMOs or properties with common areas, who have a wider set of legal obligations than a standard single let.

This “from” price covers the smallest qualifying HMO. Larger or more complex HMOs will be quoted individually. HMO licensing itself is not included by default.
